Ant put me down for (another!) one of these please mate. I've been wanting to change the paddle clutch on my VIII since I picked it up!

I would go with the 6 paddle sprungs, SpikeM and Wellground have them in their cars and Wellgrounds drives lovely.

So far we have done 6 or so trackdays in Wellgrounds with no issues and will stand the launching

HI Ant
Car is going to be 520-560 bhp and torque up there too being a 2.3 stroker which one would you recommend?
Also have you had experience on the exedy twinplate whats your take difference wise and I'm guessing its just plates replacing further down the line?
Oh yeah and street and track use for me mainly track fun.

I would go with the 6 paddle or an Exedy twin for you car. With the exedy you can change the plates and sometimes the intermediate plate also

Hi Ant

What would you recommend for a mitsubishi evo 8. It's a 2.3 running close to 700hp. Which one would you recommend from the above?

Also how friendly and responsive are responsive are they on gear changes?

Thanks

I would only go with the 6 paddle the organic will not be enough. The paddle drives very nice though

I might be interested in this offer ...will know by weekend id say with much inspection of current woes !
Have the exedy paddle at the moment , lasted well enough ...id assume the ACT paddle clutch , for 400 ATF , be better than the organic one ?
What's the general Feedback on these ACT compared to Helix/Exedy etc ?? (pm if preferred )

The organic drives just like stock and can take 510 lbf the paddle is rated to 650lbf and is more like the exedy twin in pedal feel.

The paddle is quite nice tbh
