The MLR's second summer trackday and also the second visit to Anglesey's fantastic 2.1 mile International GP circuit takes place on Saturday 27th August. It's Bank Holiday weekend so no excuses for a weekend away - and you can even stay over and take in a show, as the trackday is followed by the 6th Round of the 2011 Time Attack series and Modified Live event on Sunday . . . don't forget your sun cream!

  • Trackside photography from Xtreme Sports Photography
  • PDF information pack emailed prior to the trackday

  • feedback card so you can monitor your progress throughout the day

PRICING:
  • Novices - £149
  • Members - £169
  • Non Members - £199
  • Additional driver - £35*
  • Passenger - £10* (*can be paid on the day)

DISCOUNTS:
Bookings of 5 or more full places at all trackdays (not additional drivers) receive a 10% discount. This can include a maximum of one MLR member and 4 (or more) friends / non members, eg: Discounted booking for Anglesey trackday; 1 x £152 and 4 x £180. Discounted bookings can only be paid for by calling the MLR direct on 08451 25 26 23 and must be paid in full

I think I'm right in saying that Sunday's track is slightly different.

Shorter? Cutting out the "finger" section down and back?

Edited: Just checked on the TA site and you're right.

Edited again: I see you've updated your avatar - even more more cups now

I wonder if we'd be allowed to run on the shorter (Coastal) track layout for a hour or two during the day since that's what is being used in Time Attack on the Sunday?

What kind of top speeds can be achieved at Anglesey, and where is the quickest section - between Church and Rocket? Has anyone got links to incar footage (with on-screen speed data) of something fairly quick - bike or car.
