Food Intolerance

Has anyone had a Food Intolerance test as I would like to know where and how the test is done.

I was ment to get one done mark, I beleve they sort of prick the skin with Vairous foods they suspect maybe causing probs ...I chickend out due to the thought of needles then leave it a while(10 days) and see if the skin stays red or something this could be just allergies

Yes i had it done about 2 years ago,
They just take a tiny amount of blood and test it against 100's of types of food,
It was done in York ,
I will find the contact and let you know if you like

There one called York test I guess this is it,
I thought it was a skin prick but not a blood test this is why I asked as York is a blood test.

I think you now go to the chemist for a pack ,
You pay i think about £250,
The intolerences are graded
A, B ,C ,D
A being the least and D the worst,
I had almonds as B , so you cut them out,
Wheat and milk A so you cut down on them,
I am seeing someone tonight thats just had it done so will ask her.

Yes thats it York test,
Its only a tiny amount of blood ,
But it sure is a pain if its wheat,
There is wheat in lots of things ,even tooth paste.

Thanks I have been meaning to do this for a while but as there is so much rubbish around I didnt want to throw away the money and not have the correct results.
