high spec Evo 7 track car (Group N Based) and Woodford RL5000 transporter.

Due to health reasons i'm having to move on my Evo 7 SLS car .

This car has had no money spared and maintained regardless of cost by DMC performance .

DMC built this car for me from a bare Group N international spec 2002 shell in 2013 it has done very little mileage due to family and work commitments.


ENGINE SPEC:

2.4 stroker (ex RC developments)
4G63 block
Bottom end refresh winter 2016
Balance shaft delete kit
ARP head stud kit
ARP bottom end
Norris design dry sump kit
new head gasket
Strip and rebuild cylinder head
16 new valve exhaust/inlet
kelford 272 cams
bee hive springs
Ti retainers
New valve guides
Adjustable HKS cam pulleys
New lash adjusters





TURBO/INTAKE:

Fullrace tubular manifold
Borgwarner EFR 8374
External wastegate and internal dump valve
Twin Tial wastegates
Oil line kit
4" intake pipe with K&N
Magnus inlet manifold
Custom side exit exhaust with side exit screamer pipes

Bosch 96mm drive by wire throttle body
Custom made 96mm boost pipes

ETS 3.5" intercooler
Mishmoto alloy radiator


FUELING/ENGINE MANAGEMENT:

Syvecs s8 with all the toys on (mapped by matty @MB garage services running a conservative 650hp on sunoco GT plus 109 ron)
Syvecs plex 500 digital dash with GPS and logging

2000cc ID injectors
Spark tech pro 14 cdi COP
Braided fuel lines with an fittings
40l fuel cell in boot
2 x External Bosch 044 fuel pump
1 x Inline filter

Motec MDC diff controller

SUSPENSION/HANDLING:

Car is fully stripped inside except dash board
Polly bushed engine mounts (all 4)
Proflex jumbo 3 tarmac spec coilovers
Rear white line ARB
Front and rear whiteline ARB bushes just fitted
full fia WRC cage fitted
Momentum tubular rear subframe
Adustable rear arms



BRAKES/WHEELS/TYRES:

Works emotion ultimate kai 18x9
225-35-18 toyo r888r which are new (2 sprints)
Alcon 6pots up front with ne XP20 pads
Alcon 4 pots on the rear with new XP12 pads
brake bias valve
ABS delete
Servo delete
RAYS wheel nuts
Custom braided brake lines through out .



GEARBOX/TRANSMISSION:

Mactrax 6 speed sequential gearbox (rebuilt 200 miles ago)
uprated shafts
uprated 65/45 diff
Exedy twin plate clutch (new plates)
E9 RS rear plated diff (by DMC )
ACD transfer box (new clutch pack )
Harry hockley WRC spec diff pump
light alloy prop shaft
Tubular north south bar




EXTERIOR:

Shell is a WRC 2002 fia approved shell (still has the homolgation tag attached)with fully integrated T45 wrc spec roll cage .fully seam welded
Front end converted to tubular .(to allow more space between radiator and turbo )
(ex Gigi Galli )
WRC 2002 kevlar front bumper
custom carbon canards (GWR)
Fibre glass front wings
Front doors light weight alloy WRC 2002 safari rally with very unique carbon door mirrors with built in PIAA spot lights (ex alistair mcrae)
Carbon vortex generator
WRC 2002 rear boot spoiler
Varis carbon bootlid with carbon duck tail spoiler
Carbon window vents
Lexan windows all round
Heated front windscreen


INTERIOR:

Fully stripped except dash
Air bags removed
No sound deadening/carpets

Switchable maps on dash by means of 12 position cal pot
Kill switch on dash
integrated fire extinguisher
