Evo X FQ300 manual. White. Forged. 42k Price Drop.

42K FSH.
2k miles since rebuild.
Just been serviced this week.
Will put a fresh mot on for buyer.

I bought this car in may last year and it melted a piston in june.
It was then put to DMCperformance for engine rebuild which consisted of..
Weisco Pistons
Bridgeway I-Beam conrods
ACL big end bearings
ACL main bearings
ACL thrust bearings
ARP 2000 headstud kit
HKS 1.2mm head gasket
Mitsi Full engine gasket set.
Oil Pump
Timing Chain kit.
Exhaust Valves
Block Boaring
Crank measure and Polish
ACT carbon Ceramic Clutch Kit.
Total cost of engine work was £6757.

The car was then mapped on a runnning in map at 1.4bar.
I then did 1200 miles running in and car went back to DMC for 320lph fuel pump, oil change and another map.
It made 387bhp at 1.8Bar.

Other mods..
C-tec R-ti catback exhaust.
K&N typhoon induction kit
Eibach pro spring kit
Forge DV
XXR 527 wheels advan tyres
Brakes and k&n pipework painted porsche mint green.
APR Formula GT3 mirrors.
Genuine Mitsi wind deflectors

My plan was to fit MHI billet turbo, manifold, DP, 1000cc injectors and have the car at a safe 500bhp. The engine is built for 600bhp the only hold back from going to that power would be the clutch which is rated to 500ft/lb.

The condition of the car is pritty much as you would expect with reasonably low miles. has the odd stone chip and the usual slight road rash on the bottom of the sideskirts.. other than that the bodywork is mint, no dents, no deep scratches. Alloys are mint no kerb marks etc.
The car sounds awesome with the c-tec exhaust and drives perfect.
I still have the standard mirrors which will obviously go with the car.

Think i have covered everything but if you have any Q's just send me a msg.

Price Drop to £20000. The car owes me ALOT more than that but i have saw somthing else that has taken my fancy, if it sells before this does the add will probz be taken down.

It was mapped with mods on which the previous owner removed (which i didn't know about). Then i fitted the k&n without mapping it and it ran lean, melted piston, burnt the valves.. bit of a nightmare! But i did learn not to fit anything to a X without mapping! I believe there has been a few lads caught out by fitting induction kits wothout mapping.. apparently the X is really sensitive to induction changes..

Yes mate i did em myself, using brush on paint from ebay, It leaves a perfect finish as long as you prep the caliper properly.
