Sounds great - the hospitality is worth that money alone i spent all last year soaked to the bone with rain eating rat burgers

Anyone in two minds whether to go -just go for it its the best week away a petrolhead can imagine, the campsite itsself is like a car show and mad friday and the race day are awesome !

We had an 8MR with teins four up with luggage and my six three up with luggage

3 tanks of fuel there one tank drivng around the race over 3 days and 3 tanks back (never dipping below 100) - not bad split between everyone in the car !

Take the evo - as soon as you get on the motorway amongst the porches bentleys tvr's etc you ll miss it

Jon,

Doubt I'll be sitting at over a ton for the (whole) journey as I'll be taking the Shogun but I shouldn't have a problem with luggage! Will probably take the big MLR Ezyup for shade/shelter and a few other camping must haves

but some peeps who were not sure - may now well come if there is a group of us going - especially the 'first timers'

If you have not done it before – it can be quite daunting to do on your own, so hopefully there will be a few who want to come and have the experience now.

Which Ferry is everyone booking? I'm seriously considering this. Just need to make sure I can have the time off work which shouldn't be a problem.
