Thanks for Andy for explaining the situation, that is how it stands between him and me at the moment. The way storage facilities work, they like 24 hours notice to view and upto a week to get the car out of the facility. I have arranged to view the car today to give a more honest appraisal. Pictures to follow. Yes I have spoken to others/traders to ascertain the true value of the car as I was surprised by the overwhelming interest in it and I apologise to others for not returning calls due to work and family commitments and not always around at a sociable time.

Why did you not do all this beforehand, do your research on price and then do a proper advert with pictures

That's a different car altogether. The one you saw is an rsx made to look like an extreme, and it does look really good.

Yes, that same No1 is now for sale on pistonheads for 24k, but wouldn't really go for it, quite a history it had

In that case you probably need to own it if it's your dream car. I love R34's but you've owned one of those now so it could be time to let that go and get this dream one off Extreme.....
Only you can decide mate, also just remember it's sometimes better to leave dreams locked away as reality has a lot to live up to.
Ask yourself how you would feel if someone else bought it......
