White Tommi Makinen evo vi 2000

FOR SALE.

I've decided to sell my Tommi Makinen the car doesn't get used enough the mileage and mot history tell that story.

I've been offered a plot of land to build a house its the sensible thing to do but the car must sell to help fund it this is the only reason it's being offered up for sale.

The car is near standard with only a few mods listed below
Cars located in Scotland.

V 67EVO stays with me car will be sold with reg MJZ 8836.

ENGINE:

Standard 37000k miles with BIMTA Mileage check certificate.
k+n induction kit with carbon fibre air filter shroud.
Aftermarket exhaust
NEW clutch less than 2000 miles ago never been launched.
New Walbro 255lph fuel pump.
Neverman hardwire kit.
full belt and fluid service 2yrs/2000 miles ago.

SUSPENSION:

Front and rear carbon fibre strut braces.
Cusco coilovers all excellent condition no knocks or leaks.
25mm superforme hubcentric spacers all round

BODY:

BOSS japan rear spoiler blade(comes with original blade with TOMMI decals).
TME stripe kit.
10mm wider vented front wings.

INTERIOR:

Standard TME interior in excellent condition with no damage and little sign of wear or fading.
Momo snap off steering wheel.
Double din Kenwood stereo with a set of component speakers (I'm unsure what make these are).

WHEELS/TYRES:

Standard TME alloys all straight and true.
Michelin pilot sport 3's 215/45/17 all excellent condition.

SECURITY:

Snap off steering wheel.
Cobra immobiliser* (cat 1).
Toad alarm/immobiliser* (cat1).

The car is a genuine 2000 tommi Makinen mot'd till December 17 I will mot for 1 year before sale.

Price is £18k ono. The underside could do with being treated this year or next so I'm willing to negotiate the price of this to be done properly with anyone genuinely interested.
The car never gets used in the wet with me, the underside has stayed the same in the time I've owned it. There's NO signs of rot anywhere.

The car drives faultless with no known issues no noises or smoke no rattles etc.
Gearbox steering and suspension all feel very tight interior is unmarked and everything works as it should.

To be offered a plot of land these days is unheard of.....I can see why your selling the TME .... Your more lightly to get another TME then be offered another plot of land to build on.....I wish you luck with the sale

It's a great opportunity as the land has been bought already, my parents have bought it and will sign it over once the groundwork has been done and I can get a build to buy mortgage I'm going thru the process now.
The evo needs to sell 1st to clear the site and do the groundwork ready to take a kit house and double garage. I've got a good few handy mates and my old man built his own house so nervous but excited.

Maybe but it wouldn't be a problem for the seller to get this up on a ramp and get a quotation. This could then be reflected in the price.

I was quoted £1200 to remove as much as possible underneath and treat with average 3m products.

I'd allow another £300 for good quality rust protection and underseal so I'd expect £1500 to see the underside treated.

Thanks. Would this be reflected in the price?
