Just gave it a 10 minute hose wash to get off any salt and crap from the missus taking a little trip yesterday. I'm hoping things like that will help keep the winter ware at bay

Dropped mine off today for some nice Clive W drivetrain upgrades. Superfinished, shot peened and cryoed RS Gearbox with 4.11 FD, stage 3 transfer box with a new CWP and Wavetrac front LSD, uprated output shaft and rebuilt RS rear diff. Then it's more power time! Bigger turbo I think and more boost!

Do you have a link to the bulbs you used for the rear courtesy/map light Rab? All the ones I get the end fittings are too big!

I got my rad fan mount back from the powdercoaters and fitted it to the Mishimoto rad Ready to be fitted tomorrow, weather depending

Yeah mate, i used these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/-/291129852852?roken=cUgayN

There different lengths avaliable, the one in the rear of the evo is a 30mm, I went for the 6 LED version, but have just ordered the 16 LED version as it could be brighter...

Not cheap no, but mine is a long term keeper and it's like a drug to me. You have to spend your money on something. With that power I think it's money well spent. Ohlins and Alcons next. Yeah mapped on Vpower, full boost by low 4krpm and revs to 8400rpm.

Yeah I've spent a lot on mine (probably nothing in comparison to you) but I plan on keeping it for a good few years so it doesn't seem like money wasted. My girlfriend doesn't agree tho lol. Is it a 2.4 stroker or something like that? I don't know a lot about that kind of stuff yet, I'm just doing what I'd call the stage 1 stuff before I even bother learning the specific details on all that stuff.

Just a fully forged 2.0L with a Norris Designs stage 2 head and a very good turbo. Didn't see the point in going big stroker engine with how responsive the latest Turbo's are. Still got well over 500 ft/lbs of torque too.

Oh fair enough. Well the numbers speak for themselves really. I bet it's got some serious pull. My friends all think mine is mental, I bet yours is another level of insane!

It's pretty savage yeah. It's almost irresponsible on the road as the way it picks up speed you have to be really careful when to use it. Far too much for the road in honesty, but you only live once!

Had 2 pin dents removed from my boot (as it was making my OCD twitch) and replaced some rusty engine bolts with some nice, shiny new ones.
