I know how you feel!!!

I've bought an Evo2 and all is good but the tax price is killing me!!
Although mine has had problems...the drive rod shot off mid-drive and killed the entire engine, making a hole the size of a 50p through the crank-shaft and all the pistons, re-build of the bottom part with a scrap Evo3 engine from a friend was needed!!!!! Unfortunatly the pistons in the new engine were larger than mine on the Evo2 so the whole lot needed remodelling

just checked mine Mr FQ320 and its £185 for the yr i'm PLG i suspect all VIII MR models will be the same

Mate youl only find the definate answer by checking the V5.

Doesn't depend on what the V5 says? Don't some people have problems cos they have first reg in the year it was imported?
Unless it gets plg status on SVA?
