hi i m from france and i have buy a complete tarmac ohlins kit for my evo 6
for the front i have 2 ohlins/works pillow ball ( i think it s ok ...i should received it asap for verification:smthumbup),
but for the rear i don t know if tein or oem top mount should be ok for a good mounting
please if you have any information for that let me know:smthumbup:smthumbup
i paid them new directly from ohlins sweden 2800 euros:mhihi::mhihi:
they make me a special offer because it was the last set in stock for evo 6:naughty:
i think i will fit them with oem or ralliart top mounts
I had to use the standard OEM rubber mount with this suspension as my HKS pillow ball mounts did not fit, use the uprated Ralliart top mounts, these fit with no issue at all.
They look sooo nice... I want some! Please keep us updated with how you find them what suspension setup did you have before? Will these be used for road and track? Are your roads **** like ours? Lol
Originally is a tarmac setup but now i have 8kg for front and 6kg for rear. before i ve had bilstein pss 9 and i think the difference is the same between night and day...
actually my 6 is in restauration ,when i fit them on it i will take some foto for
basicly the top mounts directly on top of the spring set ive pulled the spring down on its helper so you can just see
if you need anymore pics just shout :smthumbup
