Well as some of you may know I had a disagreement with the Tarmac at spa on the mlr track day and ended up going backward into the pit wall
After assessing the damage I have decided to re-shell

Before the damage

After
Automotive parking light Tire Wheel Hood Automotive tire

Doesn't look as bad as it was in this photo

New shell on route

And on stands awaiting some spanner time

This shell will be stripped, bare metaled and repainted in bright yellow with all my original parts
I will keep this updated as I progress

With the roll cage covering most of the view of my defi gauges I was looking at doing something a little different, I was in possession of a rather rare Japanese sat nav dash so decided I would replace the screen with my own one and run a set of custom gauges.
I removed the Mitsubishi screen and fitted a 7" tft screen with hdmi input, I ordered an hdmi digital gauge box from zada tech with the relevant sensors, once the sensors and control box were wired in it just connects to the screen with an hdmi lead.
At the same time I decided I would fully trim the dash in grey alcantara.
To finish the look off I got some custom gauge cluster plasma dials

What a fantastic job.

One of my pet hates on mine is the multitude of colours on the dash & gauges
