i figured they had to be better than something like conti contact 3's or dunlop sport maxx. Bonus! paid next to nothing for 4 in 265/35/18. Now all i need is wheels to turn up, been waiting nearly four weeks now for team dynamics

Second pair tunred up today, looks like they;ve only done 100 miles ish, still have some of the rubber nipples on. Im made up with them and seeing as you guys say there good speaking from experience im happy
![]() Do they really not make them any more, i'll be scratching my noggin when it comes time to replace them. how many miles roughly did you guys get out of a set of new ones? is 8k a bit optimistic? this is without any track days obvs. |

Mine have done 10k on the road, 4 sprints and around 40 runs at the pod.
Going for ad08's when new ones are needed. |

I looked at a pair of AD08's on fleabay they went for 350 ish i think. Are they road legal, they dont seems to have much more grooves than full blow slicks? |

Sorry for going slightly off topic but has anyone tried these tyres against another tyre and can give feedback?
I'm seriously considering them as they seem really good value for money for a grippy road tyre. I've got Conti Sport Contact 3 at the minute but I find them a bit "soft" and they've worn out really quick. My uncle has the Hankook V12s on his and I'm impressed with them (Although his car has a different suspension set up to mine) and it's an Evo 8. Would appreciate any feedback on them ![]() Cheers ![]()

Are the hankook v12s the replacement to the r-s2??
The r-s2 are mint on our car, loads and loads of grip, surprisingly good in the wet, let's see how they get on after a few thousand miles, so far so good. |
