Would it be worth maping it like so or upgrading the fuel pump and and a boost controller?
What would be the power differences on both set ups please?

Would also like pops and bangs

you'd certainly need a fuel pump, and preferably some form of boost controller or a 3 port boost solenoid to replace that standard one. you'd see around 360 bhp from it

Hello rich,

Although this is a new year job I thought I would ask now so I knew what I needed to collect. I have a TME which has been stored for 4 years!!! It is going back on road early new year and I would like to put some bits I have in the boot on it and get it mapped.

I have on the car a blitz filter and fujitsubo exhaust and it dyno'd at 309bhp but was down on torque. I want to put on a evo5 RS race manifold, walbro, boost controller HKS RS turbo to filter pipe and battery relocation kit! Anything I have missed to push high 300's?

Hi David,

Not sure what you mean by an evo 5 rs race manifold? aside from that, once the bits are fitted and i map the ecu you'll be seeing around 360 bhp.

Should of explained that better! It came off an evo 5 RS race car from japan and it is a race manifold. Unknown manufacturer? It is still covered in its exhaust heat wrap. Oh and a decat I have as well.

ah i see! you won't gain loads from it but as you have it you may aswell fit it

Coolio! I will want the underseal done as well. I guess u will need the car for a few days?
Any guesstimate on price and will I need to purchase anything or could u supply the walbro and boost controller?

are you fitting the manifold?

if you haven't bought a boost controller i'd suggest just using a 3 port boost solenoid rather than a full controller. i can supply & fit the walbro, 3 port then remap the ecu for 350 plus vat.

Yeah the manifold and other bits will be fitted by a garage where I live but they can't map or do some of the services u do. Plus u have a good rep which is everything!

The pump 3 port and map I will book with u in the new year. It is going for clutch, service and tidy up before hand.
