ohlins

hi i m from france and i have buy a complete tarmac ohlins kit for my evo 6


for the front i have 2 ohlins/works pillow ball ( i think it s ok ...i should received it asap for verification),
but for the rear i don t know if tein or oem top mount should be ok for a good mounting

please if you have any information for that let me know

i run standard OEM top mounts on my PROFLEX dampers on my tarmac rally .and have never had any issue with them

OH this damopers are AMAZING ,when OHLINS are new there SO very smart

Of all the ohlins I have serviced for the evo, all the rears have been on the std rubber top mount.

How much are they?? If you dont mind me asking

Do these need has much servicing has the rest of the car??!!

Would love somethink like these on mine

Ohlins

I had to use the standard OEM rubber mount with this suspension as my HKS pillow ball mounts did not fit, use the uprated Ralliart top mounts, these fit with no issue at all.

i paid them new directly from ohlins sweden 2800 euros
they make me a special offer because it was the last set in stock for evo 6

i think i will fit them with oem or ralliart top mounts

They look sooo nice... I want some! Please keep us updated with how you find them what suspension setup did you have before? Will these be used for road and track? Are your roads **** like ours? Lol

Fine for the rear, although surely at the front you want the additional camber adjustment, and perhaps castor too, that you'd get from from a decent aftermarket top mount?

Originally is a tarmac setup but now i have 8kg for front and 6kg for rear. before i ve had bilstein pss 9 and i think the difference is the same between night and day...
actually my 6 is in restauration ,when i fit them on it i will take some foto for

If you got all four for 2800 euros that was a very, very good deal. The fronts retail at £2298 each and the rears aren't even listed anymore.
