gold coin found
just found a gold plated coin while digging around and its something to do with the destruction of the armada back in 1588 so does anyone know where u could get such an item looked at to see if its worth anythin?

That reminds me of a story last week, where a couple had a dish/ plate valued at €1200. It went onto auction and fetched €310,000. The guy who bought it them shifted it on for €1.8m.
 Moral? Be careful of what you have although I reckon and 1998 coin won't push the bank too far. I originally read it as if were a gold coin from the actual armada.
