evo insurance

Owned evos 8 odd years now and always just paid for the year even tho its only used in the summer. Been with paceward the last two, tho very well priced at 600, its high for the use. is the any companys that do 6 months or monthly insurance. even classic car insurance as its a 6! any help would be great.

would you not want it insured for the other 6 months, to cover fire and theft?

Would also need to be declared sorn without insurance, but temp insurance is expensive , buying anual policy is generally the cheapest way

plenty of companies do 6 month or monthly insurance, but that would most likely cost more than your 12 month premium, also is it a uk car as you can't put an import on classic

do you know it's actually MORE expensive to insure third party fire and theft,than to insure fully comp, cos in the eyes of the companies you don't look after your car as much, and are more likely to have an accident,

Is that true? I have never had mine without both tax and insurance, but did not know that if your insurance expired or was cancelled that the tax was invalid...

This is todays "new thing" that i have learned

yep, now its all computerised, if your car is off the road, then you need to sorn it, if its not sorned it mush have tax insurance and probably in time, MOT
