Thanks Chunky

Trouble is I now have to post a new message with the amendment - not allowed to edit the original message [img]http://www.ltregister.f9.co.uk/graphics/sad1.gif border|EQU| 0 align|EQU| absmiddle ><!--e2-->

Try this:

<a href|EQU| http://www.jerryflint.co.uk/EVO%206%20Magazine%20Articles%20 and amp;%20Sales%20Brochures.htm target|EQU| _blank ><!--auto-->http://www.jerryflint.co.uk/EVO%206%20Magazine%20Articles%20 and amp;%20Sales%20Brochures.htm</a><!--auto-->

No problem Jerry.
As I told Jerry I have found and even earlier article (1995) on the first Evo III road car in the country as owned and driven in the article by Richard Burns. It is a comparison between the Evo, a Cossie Escort and an Impreza. I am currently scanning it in.
The more I look at the Evo III the more I like it. This maybe a bit controversal but in my opinion the III is the best looking Evo after the VI (sorry Evo IV and V owners, don't get upset, its just my opinion).

Hmmm I have an article on the RS450 somewhere too and loads more on the IV, V ....etc. etc. (scanner melt down!)

Yeah, the III was a beast [img]http://www.ltregister.f9.co.uk/graphics/happy1.gif border|EQU| 0 align|EQU| absmiddle ><!--e1--> I say it's a tossup between the III and the IV for best looking Evo. The III probably looked better rally-prepared, the IV as a road car.

and amp;lt;flame suit on! and amp;gt;

There is an old thread on this subject (started by some idiot!) - don't know if it survived the plusnet fubar.
