The bit's I've highlighted in bold are headings, the info underneath would be in a table. The forum hasn't displayed it copied as it would be viewed.

VRM = Vehicle Registration Mark which you see... Date Applied will be when it was registered with that plate and the 0's after relate to the Alerts, Stolen, Finance etc....

0's there are what you'd want!
