Brand New forged and stroked Evo 8 Crate engines

Hi all

We are pleased to announce another WRS RACING first, off the shelf brand new crate Forged & Stroked Evo 8 engines.You ring us & order & you get a new engine delivered next day, its that simple.We don’t even need your old engine in exchange, so you can keep that & sell it towards the cost of your new engine ;)

All you or your garage have to do is bolt on your inlet & exhaust manifolds & drop the injectors in & connect the engine back up & start it up, job done.

So gone are days of ‘losing’ your car for months in a garage waiting for your tuner to order in the parts from overseas & then starting the long process of rebuilding your old engine.

The other big benefit of using our crate WRS Racing engines is that the terrible uncertainty of how big your final garage bill will be is removed. As the whole engine is brand new down to the sump bolts, you don’t have to have the dilemma of what old engine parts to reuse or to have fitted new i.e. water pump oil pump etc etc. This stops the inevitable rise of the final bill, I have had customers come to me and say after being quoted one price by a garage before the job is started & by the time the jobs finished, the bill has doubled & the time quoted to do the job has trebled.

Our range of crate engines are as follows:

2. L forged rated to 700bhp
2.3L forged & stroked rated to 900bhp
2.5L forged & stoked rated to 1000bhp
2.6L forged & stroked rated to1100bhp

For those that don’t know the final power output of your engine will be determined by what turbo, injectors, ecu etc you fit & who maps your car.

All the engines are built using state of the art machinery in a purpose built engine building facility using uprated performance components including our unique knifed crankshafts which are 7lb lighter than an oem crank & all come with stage one heads. Thats nearly the weight of 4 bags of sugar your not throwing around in the engine, isnt that baby goner rev quick :cool:

Each of our engines is fitted with a WRS Racing id plate with your own unique serial numbers, plus one of our famous Ralliart plug covers.

Can you tell us what makes of rods and pistons these are?

also are the engines built properly from the ground up, i.e. everything correctly torqued, theblocks honed for the pistons, the bearing journals plastigauged or are they all assumed to be correct and just put together?

Most importanly, will you do short blocks only?

i think billy just likes pms, always seems to do this, doesnt want people to know prices of anything, i dont get it either. I would imagine some traders would like to keep costs hidden as this stops other traders undercutting them if they know their price ;)

Also the prices of engine parts changes, they may get a better deal on a particular brand of rods / pistons etc so unable to stick down a fixed engine price.
