A great little cheaper upgrade alternative for those who dont want to stretch to the higher cost of a proper HID Xenon kit ;)

These bulbs are also great for those already have real xenon HID lights either factory fitted or retrofit but are looking for something to upgrade there other bulbs to a more xenon HID look ie full beam and fog lights etc.

Many members have asked me if i have anything to upgrade theyre other bulbs so now we have these in stock.

These bulbs have a deep blue Ion coating to the glass and are uprated so light output giving 30% more light output with xenon gas providing a nice xenon tint.

Def need these to match colour temp of my Xenons. Trouble is I cant remember if the Xenons are on main or dip? I think it's dip... Can you shed any light on the matter? :lol: Also I think Ihave Bi Xenons - what does this mean - one each side or 4 in total?

bi xenon would mean you have proper HID xenon lights on both hi and low beams already, unlikely ubless its already been retrofitted onto your car, as mitsubishi only ever fitted them to low beams.

I have an 8k HID kit from you on my 8. It has the HID dipped beams but the main beams are still the crappy yellow colour :blah:

Will these bulbs (Evo 7,8,9 - Main (High beams)) match the 8k light from the dipped beams??

The are usefull for upgrading other bulbs if you have HIDs fitted and throw a more blue looking crisper light than the standard yellowing bulbs, but natrully the only way to get the same results as you HID lights would be to have another set of HIDs for high beam also.

As HIDS are in another league all together as you will know if your using them. :coolsm:

lol, I asked you recently for these and you said you didn't do them anymore cos HID was so cheap now, have you got a pair to suit a liner r33 gts ? not sure what ones are in there, it's the misses car and I've never looked cos she's always driving it but has recetly complained taht her bulbs are a bit yellow. white side light bulbs might be an idea too if you got htem.

Hi as i mentioned before m8 i havent a clue on the bulb fitment the r33 uses and its not in the catalogue either with it being an import, you will need to let me know fitment it uses then i can check

The Hi-beam lamps are fine :)

Thought it was a bit strange having identical fitment on both high and main beam just different wattage.

I've fitted the 65w HB-3, 9005 lamps which look a cleaner, brighter light than the main beam..

I want to change my headlight bulbs as i own a evo 8 mr. i would like to change the nasty yellow side light bulbs the low dip and the main lights bulbs all to xenon whites

Hi yes these bulbs will certanly do that, you can change both the dipped berams and hi beams and fo glights if you wish, if you want all three i can do them for £30.00 + delivery with a set of sidelights drop me a pm :)

With regards to dash lioght becuase the evo 789 uses amber illumination film built into the dials you cant go to blue without special dials im afraid so could only do red led for that.

If you dont want to fit HIDs then these are the next upgrade basically its an upgraded bulb with a blue tint and xenon gas in there

Proper xenon HID kit is the way to go if you can afford the extra.

The 55w watt one is very bright and makes a huge difference at night

The plasma look bulbs - theyre ok for a tenner m8 but technology has moved on and with proper xenon HID kits at under 100 quid its a no brainer.

Im sure you know xenon HIDS are usually an £800 option at a bmw dealer for instance. Xenon HIOD is also what the newer evo like 789 and 10 use.


Its entirely your choice at the end of the day like.. only takes 30 mins to install HID kits too, so not much difference they plug straight in.
