The Parts Manual shows the chassis numbers produced in each 3 week period commencing in Jan98 and from memory ending the production run in May98. Tony can probably come up with a more precise date but i can always let you know when it was manufactured within a 3 week period if you need it.
Raise the gearing, tougher clutch, carbon fibre prop, GT35R or 42R and let the b***er rev rather than the stroker route.

The Stradale sounds good but it's no match for the Evo, even now.
Evos have cured me of wanting to spend 6 figure sums on fragile exotica. All I desire in a car is what I've got now with a lot more power. I still enjoy driving other cars - I just don't want to own them any more. The running costs of Astons and the like make my spending on mods look trivial too - just got to convince the missus!
