how to post pics, help please

i know this has been posted before but i cant find it again.

its doing my head in:mad:

in lay mans terms how do i get pics up.

i do not have a digital camera , just a scanner, how do i proceed.

As long as they are on your hard drive, just click on the 'Browse...' button next to 'Attach File' below and click on the piccie you want to display.

Make sure the file is no larger than 112400 bytes though...
