very nice mate but why the thermal over the exhaust

Dog Heart

Moses,

Thanks mate..

The wrap are just to keep the chassis and the AYC cool  too.. otherwise it could start being flexy (heated) if driven long and hard.. :D

Very nice mate, how difficult was it to relocate the battery? Spoke to an electrician about it a while back who said it would be very difficult.:)

Dog Heart

Thanks Moby ;)

Wasn't hard.. but time consuming for the wiring.. :o

Theres a rubber hole (for wiring) inside left of the engine bay by the firewall the wires go though there..
you'll have to open up the carpets so that the wires can run under the passenger side (RHD) foot rest

The wires run on the left side of the car parallel to the doors..
you'll have to open up the door foot guards and run the wires under the carpets

the goes striaight up under the read seats, then behind the interior panels in the boot.

you'll then have to modify the battery tray so that the
clamp can have something to hook with..

What gauge wire did you use to run from the front to the back ? and do you suffer from any charging problems?:)

Colie,

Your car is good !
I like the mods.. that you have
the nice mixture of the struts, Ohlins.. very very nice.. :p

The RS kit you will like..
It make the difference in response time of the engine..
a little bit more revvy.. and the sound is awesome..

phhssst phhhwwt

What ECU are you planning to get?

cuz I'm still not sure myself

Dog Heart

I'm not sure what gauge wire I used .. sorry about that..
but I think its a little bit thicker than the original ones that came with the Evo.

That hole is gonna be tight
so you gotta be patient heheh:D

and no i havn't suffered any charging problems so far..
installed since February.

Mosy..

I'm not sure if wrapping the complete piping is a good I idea myself..

but I'm sure its nice to the car cuz the chassis is less stressed by the heat

I just think that it might shorten the life of the rear muffler ??
(no i didn't wrap the rear muffler :D haha)
cuz it gets real hot too

Cheers mate...

The decals are very cheap in Thailand; they are all custom made.
The ones I've got are 1 quid each !

so.. since this forum has been most useful to my Evo.. I will do a one time order of some decals, for the return in favour to everyone in this forum..

but you should gather the list of decals up (make, color, one size though same as on my car) and the people who wants them and I will get them made for you guys.

Lets say first come first served. 10 people.
