Noise level at Oulton Park?

Can anybody suggestion how to reduce the noise level from the exhaust before you go onto the track? I failed the noise test and it took me alot of pleading to get onto the track the last time . Somebody suggested stuffing steel wool into the exhaust when testing.

Any other solutions? Please do not suggestion putting back the original!!!!!
