Which material used in exhaust manifold

Hi

I'm planning a new exhaust manifold for my 6 and I have founded quite a many heat/fire resistant steel materials but I don't know exactly which material would be the best. Which you have used and what was the wall thicknesss ? I think that stainless would be too hard -> cracks and breaks ?
I have a new turbo from WRC Toyota which I'm going to fit there.

If U have the funds Inconel is the best material , then come's 300 stainless , Oh and a tip , don't polish the manifold ;)
