Slick tyres

since we are all going to more track days with nice weather coming up, where can I get recommended slick tyres? which is the best in your opinion? price? 17 . must be a real disadvantage going out on the standard tyres.

not forgetting the alloys as well. does it need to be as light as possible or just some ordinary one that has scratches all over.

As i rectently found out its not just a question of slapping on the slicks and of you go,to get them to realy work well you have to run at least 2 deg neg camber to generate enough heat for them to be worthwile.I was running about 1 deg neg all round and to be honest they weren't much better than the road tyres.
