Just so everyone is aware, and may have read my thread that mentioned it about a month or so ago.....
I had a whining from what I thought was the input shaft bearing (same symptons), a common fault on the Evo 6, this prooved not to be the case, it was in fact the ACD unit, which is not cheap, even from Ralliart Germany! (even though its half the price from there)
Aparently RC have had 3 or 4 in now that have "failed", and others have also been reported, from other garages, and it is unknown whether Mitsubishi will do a recall on this.
Just thought I out to warn all the Evo 7 owners ..... just in case!
