So what are HKS springs about?

I have HKs springs and the car handles like a go car with AYC cutting in,not that much body roll.
I certainly skirt around corners quicker.
Ride is a little bumpier at soow speeds ,depending on tyres.
but over all an improvement on the standard springs.

I understand that even some OHLINS coil-over kits come standard with HKS Springs. My local tuner got a set of OHLINS from Ralli-Art New Zealand for his E5, and they came standard with the HKS springs.

I rode in his E5, didn't feel much stiffer than stock suspension and in fact felt just right, but grip was awesome, and adjustability of the tail is now so much better at the limit. |EQU|)
