Ralliart Shocks

I have searched all the suspension posts and i cannnot find anyone that seems remotely interested in any of the shocks that Ralliart sell.

Is it just a price issue or is it a combination of price and quality.

I would appreciate some informed opinions as i was under the impression that most Ralliart products were good quality.
