AYC fluid...

Hi all,
I've got a problem with my AYC. Have traced the fault to being low on fluid, but I can't get the AYC fluid anywhere. Any ideas? and also can you change it manually without the MUT?

I know this topics been raised before but can't find a definative answer. Anyone done this manually? If so how? Mitsubishi have quoted me £90+VAT.
