Clunking when turning left

I've just noticed a clunking noise coming from the front left hand suspension on my E6 whenever I turn left (at any amount of lock).
It is a regular clunk clunk clunk (with each wheel rotation)
Does the topmount problem that HH6 has mentioned only occur on full lock or could it occur at any time in the turn or could it be something else?

I had this, and with 3 or 4 vissits to my local Ralliart they found what it was. The damper was ****ed! But havin said that, I had to pay for a whole new one, when maybe it coulda been fixed? U live near manchester dont ya? I advise taking it to RC Developments in Warrington, they will sort it for ya! :)

Don't worry, I forgot too....
Lets hope Ralliart have an idea as to what it is when it goes in for its next service.
