I felt the need to post up as I am knocked out with their after sales service.

Basically I bought a Forge Actuator for the Evo last year. The guy who sold it to me 9on here) told me that it had never been used (it was in A1 condition) and I bought it off him for a bit less than what it costs new. Anyway it was fitted last year and ever since then I have not been completely happy with the way the Evo comes onto boost etc. A couple of weeks ago I finally decided to remove the Forge Actuator and refit an Evo8 one. When I took the Forge item apart it was completely rusted inside (something that isn't supposed to happen) and in light of the fact that I bought it 2nd hand I thought oh well my loss.

I did however post up on an Evo site about my problems only to receive a pm from Forge Motorsport basically offering me to return the actuator to them as they wanted to see what had gone wrong! In exchange they would send me a new one FOC. I did question the fact that I have no receipt as it was bought 2nd hand but the they said that the actual product is guaranteed and not the buyer.

Anyway the faulty one was packaged and sent Monday 5th June 2006 and this morning I have just been to the PO to collect a brand spanking new Forge actuator!!!! not my old one rebuilt but a brand new replacement.

I am quite taken back by this and thought I'd post up - 10/10 for Forge and their guarantee of work - top guys 8-)

Thats excellent news Karl :coolsm:

I intend to get a recirc BOV from them as soon as funds allow.

Companies could do well to learn from guys like Forge and Camskill when it comes to service..

Same here, Bought and fitted a Forge RS recirc dump valve, then a turbo hose blew off. Didn't think it was anything to do with the Dump valve but spoke to Forge none the less. Their Evo expert for the US phoned me and e mailed with advice straight away.

Turns out that the hose fitted by mitsi is 63mm to make it easy to get on, when it should be 60mm. This combined with crap jubilee clips caused the problem. Sorted with heavier Samco turbo hose and Mikalor T bolt clamps.
