View Full Version : Strut Braces
I've been looking for the previous thread on front and rear strut bracing.
Remember reading it quite recently but can't find it now.
I'm sure I am being thick, but if anyone pint me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated.

Try 'Rear Strutbars' under the Technical forum. As of today is on the second page.
You tried using the search facilty?
Thanks HH6 and no, I've overlooked the search facility, dooh.

Just trying to point it out as it is a very tiny link and hard to see.
Zippy,
Not sure if you've already invested in strut braces but Dragon are doing carbon fibre front and amp; rears for £175 a piece. Saw them on another car at the recent Southern meet and they seem to be pretty well made and look the biz. Pity my B*****d insurance company refuses to cover them. Steve.
What, you mean you actually tell your insurance company of such minor advantages??!!
Sounds like a cracking deal through Dragon.

All straight and ready for another go, May 5th...........

Thanks for the tip.
I have decided to wait until Castle Combe on the 5th of May before buying anything else.
From reading another thread I believe Dragon will be there and the price seems good.

RS strut brace from 3 point fixing is only 145 inc vat and demon tweeks do a rear for around 45 quid.
I have the CUSCO Bottom 5 point brace and top front and rear braces on my Evo.
Until last week I didn't realise the difference that 5 point brace made to the handeling of my car.
Different Car!!!!!! As for quality CUSCO look ace!!
CUSCO also do all the little trick looking bit's under the bonnet to cover all the rusty hobbible stuff!!!
Oh if you are looking for CUSCO try RC DEVELOPMENTS in Warrington, Clive, Max and Jenny are really nice people.......great service....[img]http://www.ltregister.f9.co.uk/graphics/tongue1.gif border|EQU| 0 align|EQU| absmiddle ><!--e4-->
