The only one I know is that of PE. Can anybody suggest any others (address or telephone or

Van Aaken developments have a new 4wd rolling road.
Not sure of the number, try a search on the web as they have a website.
Located at the Road reasearch labs in Crowthorne(Berkshire)
Thank you Colonel_smith,
I just called them but the lady on the phone said to me that they have a 2wd RR ???
BTW I am living locally.

Alex....
I am pretty sure it is advertised as a 4wd rolling road,I will check a few old copies of Banzai and Jap performance but both me and my mate are 99% sure it is 4wd,the advert was there to get 4wd Jap car business.
I am from Bracknell..What car do you drive??
Colonel_smith,
I think I'll go to see for my self as the lady speaking on the phone was probably
wrong. I checked their site too but they don't mention anything about 4WD.
They are close to my work so it will take about 20 minutes to check it.
I am driving an Extreme S these days :)

Alex...
Is that a 7 extreme S???
Do you drive it much as I have not seen one around...
Colonel_Smith,
Yes, that would be the E7 Extreme S. I have recently bought the car
and I do drive it a lot. Pretty impressed with the car's performance (bottom
and middle range - top range mapping may need some adjustments) so far.
As I found out the Van Aaken developments have a 2wd RR :(

Alex....
I had a look in the magazines for the Van aaken advert and I was wrong,it only mentions a new rolling road,I had just assumed it was 4wd as most Jap cars are....
SAS in aldershot have 4wd RR, has been used by MLR for RR shoot out day
SAS do have a good 4x4 RR which appears to be pretty accurate as well from the results I`ve seen :)
Have been to SAS (aka Tuning Japanese) twice - got some comfort that the power output for my VI was within 1bhp of the results at PE in similar temperatures and identical state of tune. SAS also have some nice touches such as printoff of boost levels over the rev range. Their website has some old MLR R-R day printouts. http://www.tuningjapanese.co.uk

We haven't had an MLR R/R day since last September - maybe sort one to fill the gap between MLR trackdays in the summer? (better get some mods done :))

Sorry Lads I work at vAD and it is only 2wd. ####es me off too because I want to see what I am pushing out. We just spent 70k on the thing and it isn't even 4WD.
Nearest are SAS or PE for 4WD.
If you all do a rolling road put me down - but please try to make it at PE and not SAS!

E6 TM - Loooong story (check old posts in Technical Questions)
Anyway if they did see me again I would probably end up with a few teeth missing - actually on second thoughts I doubt Tim could reach up that high. (but email me offline if you are interested - Wont say anymore on the board, sorry)
