Other mods required?

Hi

Just joined after finding lots of useful info from members when my Evo 6 developed the dreaded warped disc syndrome.

Now looking to fit cat-back exhaust system (probably Magnex) to my otherwise standard car. Are any other fuel system/engine mods required to accommodate this or will the EMS just adjust automatically?

Nothing engine/fuel wise needs adjusted, the exhaust is Plug and Play :D

The Magnex is a good choice, I have the full downpipe, decat and system fitted. Fit the lot and you will see a nice power increase, downpipe also reduces turbo spool up time.

I had a Magnex on the '96 Impreza Turbo that the Evo replaced and was very pleased with the quality and sound.

Had the Impreza for 5 years and still think it was a great car.........but the Evo is different class! It's at the dealer today to have a knocking noise from the offside rear suspension checked out; I had a look but couldn't see anything obvious so hopefully it's nothing too serious.
