Coilover Questions

[JUST CUSTARD PLC]

Have now fitted Ralliart coilovers...........hhhmmmm, questions !!

Should there be a minimum preload on the springs ?, if so , what is it ?

Is it more important to get the car level, i.e. measuring both sides to the wheelarch ,or to have the same preload on each damper ??

What length can anyone suggest, that would allow low ride height,and at what spring rate for fast road use ??

Nice purchase mate.

Do you find that the coil-overs are noisy ? I had them fitted to my other car and you could always hear them 'pinging'.

I remember that someone told me to get the height within 5mm all round - measure from centre of wheel to wheel arm lip.
